Emma is a Workplace Law Solicitor who joined us in 2010 having trained at a leading Legal 500 firm in the South East for family law. Emma’s training also covered Corporate Commercial law, Wills and Probate. Emma is committed to the guidelines set down by Resolution to resolve cases as amicably, fairly and as cost effectively as possible.
Having graduated from Bath University with a BA (hons) in French, Russian and European Studies in 2002, Emma then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (2003) and Legal Practice Course (2004) at BPP Law School in London. She qualified as a solicitor in November 2007 and a Resolution trained Mediator in 2011.
Thomas heads the firms Law Department. Specialising exclusively in employer and related matters since he qualified as a solicitor back in 1998. He is currently a member with the Law Society Employer Panel and a member of Resolution.
Thomas is adapt in providing comprehensive and practical support to employers and employees during the process.
Thomas has a strong track record of negotiating and acts with impartiality towards both sides of the litigation.
Fiona completed the Bar Vocational Course in 2009 and started work for employer workplace law in February 2010. Fiona currently assists in all departments at employer workplace law and has gained experience of Work Place Law and Claimant and Defendant Personal Injury. Prior to this Fiona worked as a Support Worker in South East London, assisting vulnerable adults to manage their tenancies.
In her spare time Fiona enjoys running, travel and spending time with family and friends.
